Bruce   Good looker, fresh, well glazed,bakers style tasty pasty, not much jelly,meat like spam ,lacked spice.Well filled and quite nice pie.

Phil   Nice looking pie, well filled chewy pastry. Lacked salt and pepper.

Mark   Crispy castalations, sticky pastry, no jelly, meat like sausage meat.Spicy, yesterdays pie.

David (Guest)   Good shaped pie. Looked interesting. Enjoyed it. Not much jelly, thin pastry.

John Thin pastry, crispy but soggy on the inside. Spamy meat. Full of flavour. Lacked jelly. Fresh. Uniform looking pies.

Kevin   Pastry was soft, bland, no jelly, firm well packed pie. Lacked spice.

Phil   Unique individually wrapped, good appearance well filled needed more jelly   8

John   Uniquely wrapped  Lancashire pastry crunchy castellation full of compact meat like a golf ball lacked jelly needed more seasoning. Hard to define age cause of wrapping.

Kevin   Wolf in sheeps clothing  better than expected, pale crunchy pastry well filled granular meat well seasoned needed more jelly.

Pete   Girly pie wrapped up uniform better if pastry were crisper, more spice more balanced jelly not a good pie.

Bruce   Presentation first class individually wrapped but made pastry soft. Pastry was dry and needed more jelly,  compact needed more spice quite enjoyed it.

Fred   Looked like a bakers pie soggy pastry, enjoyed meat, ignored pastry but good nice granular meat.

Mark   Good meat, coarse granular texture needed more spice, soft pastry, crispier castellations jelly was stiff and tasteless
