Peter   Big regular looking pie. Crisp pastry. Well filled, chunky meat. Could do with more spice but tasty.

Mark   Nice crispy pastry and tasty meat but needed more pepper.

Russ   Liked the pastry, crispy. Really nice pie.

Tim   Pale and wan looking pie. Pastry crunchy, nice jelly, coarse meat but short of pepper.

Kevin   Fresh crispy pastry. Bland meat Since marking all the flavours are coming through and it a little lardy. So the mark is a bit higher than it should be.

Howard   Nice fresh and crunchy pastry. Moist coarse meat. It did lack spice. Was a bit lardy.
