Wiliam   Thick pastry, jelly nice, salty, lacks pepper.Good looking pie.

Pies

Kevin   A bit warm, perhaps husbandry bit suspect. Crunchy pastry, fresh and bland. Afterburn in the meat.

Tom   Nice looking pie, moist pie,fatty pie. Enjoyed it.

Chris   Good looking pie, well filled. Crispy top, silght clagginess to the pastry. Nicely spiced.

Oli   Handsome pie, lovely texture to pastry. Well filled. Evenly distributed jelly. Well seasoned meat. Coarse meat. Very fresh pie.

Tim   Too much pastry, too warm and no flavour.

Mark   Pale pie with slightly soft pastry, lot of tasty jelly. Meat was very soft, flavoursome. Needed more spice. Served at room temperature – high! Enjoyed it.

Peter   Substantial pie. Well filled, tasty meat. Pastry was rather soft. Bit too warm but it is a warm day.
