Leeds Millionaire and ex miner killed when his Segway Scooter ( he owns the company) went over a river bank near his home at Boston Spa.

Mark   Starburst pie,unusual,nice pastry cooked all the way through. No jelly though.Lots of flavour in the meat.

Peter   Incredible shape, points not filled. Tasty pastry but meat less so.

Phil   Did not like it. No jelly, poor pie.

John   Unusual shape, nice golden colour,pastry lacked salt,no jelly,luncheon meat and no pepper.

Richard Lovely pie,fresh crispy pastry,well filled. No jelly.

Peter Crispy tasty pastry, succulent tasty meat. Lovely pie.

Phil Good looker,stcky tip,coarse meat, needed more jelly.

John Crispy fresh pastry,well filled. Lacked jelly. Lacked salt and flavour, lots of pepper.

Kevin Rustic looking, succulent peppery meat. Belting little number.

Mark Fresh,crispy pastry,well glazed on top.Nutty taste,seasoned to perfection. Succulent. Not much jelly.

Bruce Crunchy melt in the mouth pastry. Coarse succulent tasty meat. Nice spices. A little jelly no need for more. Lovely afterburn Fresh.

Pies

Phil   Looked wonderful, very thick pastry but tasty.Nice tasty moist meat. Enjoyed it.

John   Burnt thick pastry. jelly soaked into the meat.not a lot of flavour. Good size.

Score   6.5/10

Kevin   Lovley looker, ultra fresh, short biscuit pastry, no jelly, bland meat, well filled. A pleasant pie.

Score   7.5/10

Peter   Good well done looker, crispy pastry if a little thick, tasty moist meat , more pepper perhaps.

Score   8.0/10

Bruce   A good looking well glazed pie. Thick pastry but a little too dry and crumbly. Coarse meat well compacted but needed more pepper. Could have done with more jelly. Fresh.

Score   7.0/10

Fred   Pastry was too thick and short. Sage in the meat, lovely jelly, Beautiful pie.

Richard   I do like Grange's pies and this was one of them. Coarse and right amount of salt, tasty well filled very fresh. Crispy pastry. Nice pastry.

Kevin   Back to his best if a Grainge pie. Tasty coarse meat. Everything a pie should be Top notch.

Mark    I think it was a Grainge pie. Bit disappointed with the pastry, was it yesterdays? Lots of afterburn. Granular meat.

Bruce   Well glazed tall pie. Soft pastry. Lots of delicious jelly, succulent coarse meat. Plenty of spice. Belter of a pie.

Peter   A tall crispy fresh pie. Tasty juicy meat. A cracker of a pie.
