Tonight we had a variety of pork pies with the following additional  fillings : Stilton, apple, Branston, black pudding.

Kevin   Fresh, thin pastry, well packed with meat. Enjoyed the different flavours.

Score   9.0/10

Richard   Enjoyed the variety, very fresh thin crispy pastry, nice meat. Enjoyed the apple and pork.

Score   8.0/10

Bruce   Selection box of pies. Ultra fresh, thin crispy pastry. Meat full of flavour. Nice to taste the black pudding, apple, Stilton and Branston pickle, preferred the plain pork.

Score   8.0/10

Peter   Thin crispy pastry. Meat was luncheon meat.

Score   7.5/10

Phil   Had pork,black pudding and apple, pork pie the worst. Span like meat.

Score   8.5/10

John   Had the Stilton, Branston and Pork. Fresh,thin pastry. Good party pie.

John   Good looker, golden crispy pastry, lardy but peppery coarse meat. Not a lot of jelly. Not a bad pie.

Kevin   Golden shiny, fresh packed with meat, Peppery, liked it.

Howard   Crisp pastry, packed with meat.  Lots of pork taste, peppery.

Mark   Crispy pastry but sticky. Tasty pastry, no jelly, good flavour. Quite a good pie.

Tim   Good crisp sticky pastry, Bit of smoky flavour.

Peter   Crisp tasty pastry, Really tasty pork with flavour. Quality pie.

Mark   A very dry pie, no jelly, soft pastry, hard granular and peppery meat.

Richard   Meat was granular, salty, pastry was rubbery.

Bruce   Looked nice, pastry was soft. no jelly, well filled and nicely spiced.
