Pies

Kevin   A tall pie, good looking and fresh.  Moist, tasty pork, no seasoning but didn’t need it. Lots of sweet jelly. It was a good pie. (Granges?)

Score   9.0/10

Howard   Tall round pie with delicate crimping around the top edge and well glazed.Pastry was a little soft but tasty. Coarse tasty meat, no spice but did not need it. A lot of jelly, could have done with a little less and more meat.

Score   8.0/10

Russ   A nice pie but a bit soft on the pastry. Good pork meat, a little too much jelly.

Score   7.5/10

Tim   Compact pie. Thick pastry not much jelly, well seasoned meat not enough of it, good after burn strange after taste.

Score   6.5/10

Mark   A very fresh pie, well packed with a very tasty coarse grained meat.Pastry was a little soft possibly because of the amount of jelly but how could you have too much of such a wonderful jelly.  If anything the salt pot had been over used but it was a good effort and well worth.

Score   8.5/10.
